The Person
Key Requirements:
ï‚· Fluent German (native speaking level) and good English, an additional language a plus
ï‚· University degree or studying a university degree
ï‚· Interest in financial markets and products (CFDs, Spread Betting, Social Trading)
ï‚· Ability to work under pressure
ï‚· Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office products
ï‚· A professional telephone manner, strong communication skills (verbal and written) and the confidence to build and develop good relationships with clients
ï‚· Attention to detail and strong work ethics
ï‚· Ability to work individually and as a part of a team
The Role
Key Responsibilities
ï‚· Reviewing KYC documents, conducting KYC checks
ï‚· Actively contacting clients on the phone and email regarding KYC documents
ï‚· Communication with clients on daily basis via email and over the phone
ï‚· Acquisition of new clients by converting demo leads
ï‚· Reactivation of dormant accounts
ï‚· Additional administrative tasks
