Job details
1. Ability to welcome guests with a warm and friendly manner.
2. Maintains the highest quality, consistent beverage product standard and follows all Company drink recipes and procedures.
3. Develops an understanding of coffee and the various differences in flavour and blends.
4. Proficiently prepares blended and cold drinks provided by the store.
5. Answers customer questions regarding coffee blends, preparation, and product freshness.
6. Weighs, grinds and packs coffee per customers' orders according to Company guidelines.
7. Maintains efficient, friendly service.
8. Ability to assist the waiter/waitress when required
9. Ability to seat guests according to the seating plan and seating rotation.
10. The ability to communicate any relevant information including food allergies, special requests and potential problems arising from the serving of guests to management.
11. Restocks shelves when necessary.
12. Routinely cleans the work area, floor, windows and grinders, and takes out trash, etc.
13. Reports potential safety hazards to the Head Barista.
14. Reports all employee accidents to the Head Barista.
15. Informs the manager on duty of any operational inconsistencies
16. Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
