Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all customers' inquiries are attended to promptly; 
  • Responsible for daily intake of cars for servicing; 
  • Assists in achieving high service levels and attains monthly Customer Service Satisfaction
    Index (CSI); 

  • Uphold and maintains professional image as a frontliner of the company; 
  • Prepare quotation pertaining to any form of replacement of parts or accessories of
    customers' cars; 

  • Follow up with customers on issues pertaining to their ;
  • Ensure that administration work is done promptly and monthly report are submitted on
    time, such as warranty claims, internal account, WIP reports, cash debtors reports ;


Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma,
    Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this ;
  • Has strong technical knowledge in ;
  • Has passion in customer ;
  • Team-player and possesses positive ;
  • Proactive and an eager ;
  • Excellent writing and communication ;
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
