Main Duties


Responsible for documenting, implementing, coordinating, and monitoring activities and initiatives of the business unit. These activities and initiatives include but are not limited to implementation of Learning and Development Programs and process improvements within the contracted project. The responsibility also includes coordinating with the contracted Consultants and providing regular feedback of project status to the Immediate Superior.


Specific Duties


• Marketing and Sales: Generates targeted sales through marketing the Learning and Development Programs to various government agencies by using the best available mode of communication: email, telemarketing, face-to-face meetings, etc.; Markets and secures target number of participants for Learning and Development Programs to meet target quota

• Project Documentation: Ensures timely and accurate documentation of meeting minutes; preparation of new or updates to existing Facilitator's Guide of all Learning and Development Programs in coordination with the Facilitators

• Project Administration, Implementation, and Coordination: Ensures completeness and compliance of all logistical requirements related to the specific activity of the project such as but not limited to: venue, meal and transportation preparation, material preparation and reproduction, implementation of safety standards, parking, etc.; Manages and ensures training budgets/expenses are within budget

• Project Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting: Conducts regular review, monitoring and evaluation on the status of existing project and discusses with Immediate Superior and Consultant/s any deviations in the approved and agreed timeline; Provides suggestions in process improvements that are applicable to the project to ensure timely and successful completion of the project.


Job Qualifications


1. Education: College Graduate of 4 or 5 year course, preferably: Psychology, Social Science, Behavioral

2. Work Experience: At least 1 year work experience in coordinating events

3. Skills Requirement: Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, word, Powerpoint, photoshop); Basic technical or semi-skilled; task undertakes SIMPLE practical procedures

4. Good written and oral communications skills

5. Good interpersonal skills, with natural interest in people
