Tasks:

* Create requirements documentation for the IT and Business Department

* Create Manuals and Help descriptions

* Help on the Project Management in IT and Business Department

* Help on Q&A in IT and Business Department

* Add product data on the Marketplace

* Search images and product data in Google and add it on the Benta Marketplace

* Support Services on the Benta Marketplace and know the business functionalities

* Create images and videos for the social media accounts and the Benta Marketplace

* Contact person for seller and customer concerns on the Marketplace

* Collect the online business administration data and the content data

* Closely works with the team leader

Requirements:

* Minimum experience of 1 to 2 years in an online social media specialist or community moderator position

* Good written and verbal skills in English

* University degree

* Ability to produce in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline driven environment

* Delivery good quality work

* Ability to think creatively and develop new solutions

* Very good in creating images and videos is a big plus

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

* Knowledgable of the the different social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Snapchat, etc.)

* Good understanding on the IT Digital Solution (Web, App, Desktop-Application, DB)

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field is desired

* Hands-on team player and contributor

* Willing to work either in Makati or Ortigas Center

Work hours: Full time (40 hours/week)
