With a strong presence across global markets, they offer the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, future-forward environment that values leadership, creativity and commercial impact. * Manage and grow commercial relationships with key distributors and franchise partners across the Middle East * Drive sales performance by developing and executing regional strategies aligned with global objectives * Deliver quarterly and annual targets through effective forecasting, market planning and partner enablement * Lead cross-functional collaboration between regional teams, dealers and OEM stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution * Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer insights to inform strategic decisions and identify new opportunities * Operate as the key regional point of contact for all sales-related matters, ensuring brand consistency and partner accountability * Create and implement tactical initiatives that support product launches, volume growth and aftersales performance across the network * Proven track record in automotive sales, ideally within an OEM or distributor-led environment across the Middle East * Strong commercial acumen with experience driving regional growth through distributor and franchise partner networks * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels * Strategic thinker with a hands-on, proactive approach to execution * Culturally aware, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
