Personal Assistant to Business Owner
Description
We are looking for a result-oriented, responsible, and reliable individual who is ready to contribute a lot to both business and personal needs of a well-known business owner. Our perfect candidate possesses a blend of organizational prowess, impeccable communication skills, adaptability, and discretion. He or she will have to efficiently manage schedules and tasks, proactively problem-solve, demonstrate strong attention to detail, remain composed under pressure, and exhibit the ability to prioritize effectively. Additionally, a high level of professionalism and integrity should be maintained while fostering a positive working relationship built on trust and reliability. Overall, a perfect personal assistant seamlessly integrates into an employer's life, alleviating stress and enhancing productivity. Two or more years of experience in the same position and Fluent English proficiency are a must. Main responsibilities: Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive; Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation, visa support; Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence; Housekeeping: dealing with delivery services, cleaners, suppliers; Dealing with a team of drivers and bodyguards; Taking responsibility of accounts and budgets (manager’s personal accounting). Property management (including rentals and maintenance coordination), handling family assistant duties such as managing school-related matters. Nice to have: Managing repair works, choosing suppliers/contractors, comparing offers/pricing; Experience working as a PA to a senior manager in an organizational environment; Great communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively while remaining calm and professional under pressure; The capacity to remain calm and focused when juggling multiple requests and managing a busy calendar; Ability to interact effectively with kids and relatives of an executive officer; Working (or being at least acquainted with) 1C, financial monitoring reporting; Driving licence (B category).
