Job Description - Cluster Marketing Coordinator - UAE Nationals only (Emirate) (HOT0BQRK) Job Number: HOT0BQRK Work Location: Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island, Yas Island, Abu Dhabi 500200 In your role, you will work as a Marketing Coordinator for three iconic properties on Yas Island: Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island, The WB Abu Dhabi, Curio Collection by Hilton, and Double Tree by Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island Residences. A Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with the Cluster Director of Marketing & Communication to implement marketing plans aimed at increasing hotel brand awareness. What will I be doing? As Marketing Coordinator, you will assist in executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility. Your responsibilities include: Communicating effectively with target markets about hotel amenities and benefits, including refurbishments, F&B, conferences, banquets, and events. Collaborating with local third-party partners, including media and official bodies, maintaining professional relationships. Creating and managing a comprehensive media and marketing contacts database relevant to the target audiences. Working across hotel departments to identify proactive opportunities and promotions addressing business challenges. Supporting promotional activities, marketing channels, and marketing material production for events. Managing and promoting the hotel on Hilton branded websites. Using marketing budgets efficiently to maximize impact. What are we looking for? The ideal candidate will: Understand key business indicators, market trends, and develop strategic approaches.
