Planner / Project Manager

About The Role Planner / Project Manager Dubai Permanent High Rise residential tower project, 40 floors + Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Prepare strategic programmes to identify, monitor and assess impact of key sequence, responsibilities, and key strategies Monitor and report against programmes at all stages of construction, including the use of S-Curves, trend analysis, baselines, Critical Path analysis, etc. Establish sequence,durations,and methodology options for all stages of projects including design and procurement Produce resource programmes to demonstrate key inputs and outputs Responsible for detailed schedule analysis of network logic and critical path Ensure management understanding of network logic, Gantt, milestone lists, and resource information in the schedule Develop and maintain scheduling procedures for assigned programs Able to review, evaluate and determine contractor claims About You Key Experience 5+ years within project controls with a focus on planning ideally within a consultancy Previous major High Rise residential tower project experience 40 floors + Proven experience in Primavera P6, with experience in Asta Powerproject and MSP beneficial Experience of contractor programme analysis to merge into master schedule Strong Excel competence to produce dashboards & supporting data visualization to P6 programmes Qualifications Applicants should ideally be Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar / relevant discipline Professional qualifications and/or membership of the APM, RICS, CIOB, CICES, CIPS or other relevant Chartered Institute are desirable.
