Manager – IT Project Delivery A prestigious RAK Government Entity is seeking an Manager – IT Project Delivery to join their growing IT team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead end to end delivery of complex IT Projects that impact public sector digital transformation in the UAE. Job Purpose: The IT Project Delivery Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting business requirements and delivering value to stakeholders. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with organizational goals. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, including SAP implementations, enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM), mobile applications, and portals. Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and vendors. Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure team members have the resources and support needed to succeed. Resolve conflicts and address challenges to keep projects on track. Ensure that risk management practices are integrated into project planning and execution. Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. Track project expenses and report on budget performance. Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements. Conduct testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for SAP, enterprise applications, mobile applications, and portals. Oversee the deployment and implementation of solutions, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project success and identify areas for improvement. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in SAP, enterprise applications, mobile applications, and portals. Conduct routine maintenance and inspection of technical systems to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with end-users to deliver effective technical assistance and identify recurring problems for improved system usability. Support the roll-out of new applications. Experience in public sector verticals: Waste Management Water Management Roads & Infrastructure Landscape & Irrigation Toll Systems Transport & Mobility Certifications: PMP, CSPO, or TOGAF (big plus!)
