We are looking for a Senior Market Development Specialist for our MEA region based in Dubai. You will play an important role in enhancing awareness and generating sales through sales-based analysis and gathered market insights. Join us today! Responsibilities Identify, evaluate, and prioritize market leads and opportunities, through meetings, networking, and other channels, to reach potential new customers to create and drive additional demand. Develop and provide product presentations and demonstrations for end users, consultants, rental companies, and integrators - to increase awareness and understanding of the benefits of Shure’s product categories and implement strategic plans for each subvertical. Schedule, coordinate, and conduct training sessions to educate customers on product benefits, as well as monitor and report on effectiveness of education/training efforts within the MEA market. Work with Marketing on technical and logistical support for conferences, seminars, and other special events. Prepare regular reports and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics. Identify market trends and design solutions that meet customer needs. Establish and maintain effective methods of communication between the teams involved in design work throughout the project. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and minimum 5 years of work experience. Professional with a comprehensive commercial and technical knowledge of Audio and/or IT. The successful candidates should have multinational experience. Thorough understanding of industry practices, workflow, and terminology. Background or experience within Audio Visual Integration, Video Conferencing, live sound, and related fields is preferred. CTS-D certified preferred. Proven experience in handling projects and events in MEA markets with focus on Saudi Arabia. Experience in designing complete AV solutions for complex projects. Experience of drafting programs and competence with Audio DSP Platforms required. Multinational background and experience in dealing with consultants, systems integrators, and end users. Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques to create solutions for difficult assignments of diverse scope. Able to handle multiple assignments and to work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data or situations requires evaluation of identifiable factors and adapt as needed. Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as proficiency in Power Point, Excel, and Word. Detail oriented, well-organized, and good time management skills.
