Researcher Position Responsibilities Taking Job Briefs from Managers & Directors for active positions, asking accurate questions to target the right candidates. Preparing market mappings assigned by respective Director/Manager. Working actively with Managers/Directors on sourcing, shortlisting, screening, and briefing candidates. Creating high-level information packs for candidates to understand the client, role, and regional job market. Maintaining trackers to update progress on each role across various clients, serving as a personal database. Updating records of active candidates in our recruitment database. Managing interview processes between clients and candidates, including preparing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating logistics for travel and accommodation if required. Candidate Requirements Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines under pressure. Career-driven with motivation to grow within a multinational organization. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
