Provide support to the after sales manager in answering product queries to meet customer requirements. Review and discuss everything with customers regarding quotations and contracts; generate quotations. Ensure smooth conversion of free maintenance offers into maintenance contracts. Follow up on maintenance contracts and renewals. Follow up on lost service contracts with customers. Attend meetings with customers. Prepare contracts in Arabic and English. Coordinate inspection team for elevator surveys. Follow up on other brand elevators. Prepare quotations for repair and improvement works. Handle invoicing, billing, and collection follow-up for maintenance and repair work conducted. Support the renovation offering. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or any discipline. 4-5 years of experience in the same field in UAE.
