Production Engineer-HVAC
Description
Job Responsibilities: Optimize Production Processes: Analyze and monitor HVAC duct fabrication operations to improve productivity and reducecosts. Planning & Scheduling: Develop and manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery while minimizing downtime. Quality Assurance: Enforce stringent quality control measures and ensure all products meet specifications and industrystandards. Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and calibration of production equipment to maintain optimalperformance. Troubleshooting: Address and resolve issues related to materials, machinery, and workflow interruptions. Cost Efficiency: Collaborate with procurement and operations to control production expenses and reduce material waste. Health & Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with safety and environmentalregulations. Cross-Department Coordination: Work with design, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth productionworkflows. Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives for ongoing process improvements and operational efficiency aligned withcompany goals. Staff Development: Train and mentor production staff, promoting a culture of safety, teamwork, and technical excellence. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering. Minimum 2–5 years of experience in HVAC or duct fabrication industry. Strong knowledge of production processes, material handling, and quality standards.
