We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Head of Production Director to oversee and enhance their production processes, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency. Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of products. Develop and implement production strategies to meet company goals and objectives. Monitor production metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Manage and mentor the production team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Collaborate with other departments, including supply chain, quality assurance, and R&D, to optimize production processes. Develop and manage the production budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource efficiency. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Strong knowledge of production management principles, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Proficiency in production management software and tools.
