About the Job: An opportunity has arisen for an Intern to join the Human Resources Team at Jumeirah properties in Dubai. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: Providing candidates and colleagues with a welcoming, professional, and supportive experience during all HR interactions. Assisting in organizing employee engagement activities, training sessions, and HR events to enhance workplace culture. Possessing growing knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and systems to answer basic employee queries accurately and efficiently. Supporting HR initiatives by promoting wellness programs, recognition initiatives, and internal communications. Managing administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, preparing HR reports, and assisting with system updates. Upholding confidentiality, professionalism, and service excellence to support and enhance the HR department’s reputation. About You: The ideal candidate will have the following experience and qualifications: Be a student at a hospitality or business school, or a recent graduate. Prior internship experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury environment is preferred but not mandatory. Fluency in English; additional international languages are a plus. Available to start in August.
