We are seeking a qualified Electrical Engineer to join our team, focusing on sustainable and innovative data center infrastructure. The role involves designing energy-efficient solutions, collaborating across diverse teams, and contributing to environmental sustainability initiatives. Key responsibilities Produce detailed design documentation, including specifications, drawings, white papers, wiring schematics, and reports. Implement and standardize the Global Electrical Basis of Design (Bo D) in data center electrical systems. Develop strategic solutions that meet quality and budget requirements, translating goals into well-defined specifications. Define project scope and provide technical support during innovation, research, and development projects. Coordinate with regional vendors and manufacturers to specify electrical equipment. Manage multiple projects across different geographical regions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and 5+ years of experience in electrical design. Knowledge of regional electrical codes (NEC, CEC, ETCI, NFC, etc.). Understanding of critical data center electrical equipment, BIM, and Revit. Ability to research and develop new designs, technologies, and construction methods. 3+ years of experience in data center or mission-critical facility design. Professional Engineer, Chartered Engineer, or regional equivalent. Experience with uninterruptible power sources, generators, switchgear, power distribution, VFDs, and transfer switches. Knowledge of building codes and safety standards. Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and innovative thinking skills.
