Press Tab to Move to Skip to Content Link Job Location (Short): Dubai, United Arab Emirates Workplace Type: Hybrid Business Unit: ALI Responsibilities Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon) is seeking a payroll specialist to manage ME payroll. Fluent English is essential, and multilingual skills is a plus. We recognise how hard our employees work to serve our clients and help our business grow. We’re looking for an experienced Senior payroll specialist to make sure that all our staff receive their paycheques on-time and understand their salaries thoroughly. We’ll rely on our payroll specialist to audit and verify all time keeping records of employees’ hours worked as well as any deductions or withholdings required to comply with the law. We also need a professional who is willing to work cross-departmentally with Finance and HR to ensure the entire business runs as smoothly as possible. Verify timekeeping records and consult employees about any discrepancies. Manage Payroll providers across ME region. Record payroll data in our software system and verify all amounts prior to cutting checks. Alter employee tax status as needed as well as any information about withholding. Prepare manual checks for distribution to employees. Change employee banking records when necessary to process payments accurately. Record employee complaints, questions and concerns about payroll services and communicate those issues to HR manager. Maintain compliant policies and procedures for processing payroll cheques. Entering data into payroll and administrative databases. Maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions. Providing information and answering employee questions about payroll related matters. Preparing financial reports for accounting and auditing purposes. Coordinating with the HR department to ensure correct employee data. #LI-NS1 Education / Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field preferred. Minimum one year payroll department experience. Ability to process basic functions and formulas in Microsoft Excel. Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and payroll practices. Experience working with accounting and payroll software. Strong organizational and time management skills. Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
