Skills Communications Skills, Microsoft Office, Ability to negotiate effectively, Civil 3D, Infra Works, Office 365 Description The NOC Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire process of obtaining and managing No Objection Certificates (NOCs) and other required approvals from local authorities. This role ensures all necessary permits and clearances are obtained throughout the project lifecycle while ensuring compliance with local regulations and guidelines. The NOC Manager will liaise with various statutory bodies, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth stakeholder engagement. Job Responsibilities Develop strategies for obtaining NOCs and necessary approvals throughout the project lifecycle. Liaise with statutory authorities across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and the Northern Emirates, including RTA, Civil Defense, DEWA, Dubai Municipality, Abu Dhabi Municipality, and others. Organize stakeholder meetings, keeping accurate records of actions, decisions, and discussions. Prepare presentations and documents for stakeholder meetings to ensure all parties are informed. Work closely with design teams to ensure all documentation meets authority requirements. Review design submissions to ensure they comply with local regulations and guidelines. Attend meetings with authority engineers to expedite the review and approval of design submissions. Keep the design teams updated on any changes to submission requirements by local authorities. Maintain an up-to-date NOC and stakeholder register to track approvals and project milestones. Ensure that authority registrations and prequalifications are current and properly documented across all jurisdictions involved. #J-18808-Ljbffr
