Fit Out Assistant Project Manager

A Dubai-based boutique interior design and fit-out studio is seeking an Assistant Fit-Out Project Manager to help lead the execution of high-end F&B and commercial projects. The role demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and a keen eye for quality and detail. Requirements: Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field. 4+ years of experience in interior fit-out project management. Proven track record of delivering high-quality fit out projects in UAE. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Senior Project Engineers and Site Managers looking to progress are considered. Fluency in Arabic is a significant advantage. Responsibilities: Play a key role in managing, and overseeing interior fit-out projects from concept to completion. Coordinate with designers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Monitor site progress and resolve issues promptly. Review and manage project documentation, contracts, and schedules. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
