Sales Assistant

We are looking for candidates who are interested in games, toys, anime, and novelties. Candidates must help customers identify, select, and purchase products they desire, demonstrating good customer service skills and soft skills. Duties include selling, cashiering, restocking, merchandising, housekeeping, and executing online sales strategies through onsite marketing, enhancements, and promotions. The goal is to provide high-end customer service to increase company growth and revenue via up-selling and cross-selling. Skills needed include excellent communication, teamwork, problem-solving, time management, and computer skills. Candidates must be willing to work under pressure, possess outstanding planning and organization skills, and show flexibility in different schedules and locations with a positive attitude. Responsibilities Manage aspects of the user experience including updating site content, setting up and executing promotions, launching and activating products, and continuously optimizing site merchandising. Ensure the accuracy of merchandising, product information, promotions, and assets on the production site, monitoring and checking everything runs smoothly. Collaborate across Business Development, Marketing, and Operations to achieve site business objectives and KPIs. Drive innovation by evaluating competitors and bringing fresh content ideas. Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Assess customer needs and provide assistance and product information. Welcome customers and answer queries. Achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Go the extra mile to drive sales. Maintain in-stock and presentable areas. Actively seek out customers in-store. Stay knowledgeable about products and discuss options. Process POS transactions. Cross-sell products. Handle merchandise returns. Work with co-workers to ensure proper customer service. Build trust relationships with customers. Follow inventory control procedures. Engage in housekeeping and merchandising. Suggest sales improvement strategies, such as marketing activities or store design changes. Perform any other tasks assigned by superiors. Requirements for Sales Representative Experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative, or similar role. Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Proficiency in English. Basic math skills. Knowledge of customer and market dynamics. Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas. Experience with POS transactions. Familiarity with inventory procedures. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, energetic personality focused on customer service. Ability to work under pressure and handle complaints promptly. Availability for flexible shifts and ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Experience in strategy creation and tactical implementation, with success in managing high-volume campaigns. Detail-oriented with multitasking abilities.
