Press Tab to Move to Skip to Content Link Select how often (in days) to receive an alert: Date: 30 Apr 2025 Location: Sharjah, AE Country: AE Job Responsibilities: Carry out and supervise Non Destructive Testing (NDT) tasks on Air Arabia and third-party aircraft within the License Category, ensuring work is performed, certified, and recorded accurately and timely in accordance with Air Arabia and regulatory requirements. Review assigned task cards with the Workshops Supervisor to understand work scope, priorities, documentation, and cautions before starting. Prepare and perform scheduled maintenance as per task cards, ensuring availability and proper use of documentation, parts, tools, and GSE. Conduct test and inspection tasks to identify and record defects or damages following approved procedures. Perform defect troubleshooting and rectification according to Aircraft Maintenance Manuals and Engineering instructions. Sign off on maintenance tasks within own authorization, verifying completion and documentation standards. Coordinate with Engineers and Technicians regarding assigned tasks to ensure proper communication, continuity, and handover. Ensure safety protocols are followed before and during maintenance activities, using proper GSE and protective equipment. Implement human factors considerations to maintain task continuity and proper handover procedures. Provide internal customer service by supporting operational teams with professional advice and solutions. Supervise and guide Technicians supporting assigned tasks, ensuring they are well briefed. Represent Air Arabia professionally to Flight Crews, external personnel, and customers. Maintain awareness of maintenance costs, minimizing waste and avoiding unnecessary damage or repeat work. Qualifications (Academic, training, languages): Holds or has held an EASA Part 66 or GCAA CAR 66 Aircraft Maintenance License and approvals for Airbus A320 or equivalent. Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of airframe and engine systems maintenance. Proficient in English for technical communication. Ability to obtain UAE Driver’s License. Work Experience: External applicants: Minimum 2 years’ experience certifying maintenance on Airbus A320 family aircraft. Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Base maintenance environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
