Application Specialist, Clinical Laboratory Dubai We are currently hiring Application Specialist to be based out of our Dubai office but who is willing and prepared to travel throughout the Middle East, particularly to Saudi Arabia where many of our key, current and prospective customers are based. Inter Systems Trak Care Lab is an advanced and proven LIMS that enables you to meet all the major demands of modern clinical laboratories. With its sophisticated functionality for all of the specialized departments within a lab (including Hematology, Biochemistry, Blood Transfusion, Endocrinology, Microbiology, Cytology, Immunology, Histopathology, Serology, Virology, and Toxicology), Trak Care Lab delivers the benefits you would expect from a best-in-class LIMS: accurate results reporting, improved laboratory efficiency, better business management, and greater customer satisfaction. Playing a lead role in the implementation of the Trak Care lab solution , the Application Specialist will contribute to the successful and timely deployment of the Trak Care product by providing application knowledge and product delivery services in the functional areas of product implementation, requirements scoping, field design documentation and change request testing. The Applications Specialist will act as an “expert” product resource for customers and will be expected to communicate and prioritize customer requirements to other areas of the business. Excellent communication skills and experience of conducting customer training, workshops and/or presentations Excellent consultative skills ability to articulate and communicate ideas Experience interacting directly with customers, including clinicians, and confidently delivering strong messaging At least 3 years’ experience working in healthcare and a good understanding of administrative and/or clinical processes Experience implementing software solutions Experience contributing to a multi-disciplined team Experience with writing functional documents Experience of business process mapping Knowledge of Information Systems Proficiency in English University degreein Science Clinical specialty- Lab Experience in communicating with key stakeholders at various levels within healthcare organisations which may be government/public and/or private sector businesses Experience with EMR systems Exposure to IT services in a customer-facing setting Previous experience as an Application or Configuration Specialist Previous experience of change management Experience conducting software testing About Inter Systems Inter Systems, a creative data technology provider, delivers a unified foundation for next-generation applications for healthcare, finance, manufacturing, and supply chain customers in more than 80 countries.
