Our client is a leading FMCG multinational based in the UAE. We are seeking a dynamic Plant Finance Lead to oversee financial operations for a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Capex management , FP&A , and plant finance operations , combined with a strong command of SAP . You will play a key role in driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making for a high-growth manufacturing environment. Greenfield project experience is a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities: Lead all plant finance operations, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance Oversee Capex planning, budgeting, and project financial controls Drive FP&A processes — forecasting, variance analysis, and cost management Collaborate with cross-functional teams on operational and strategic decisions Provide financial insights to optimise plant performance and efficiencies Ensure robust financial controls, audit readiness, and SAP system integrity Partner with leadership to support plant expansion or greenfield projects Act as a strong communicator between finance, operations, and senior management Ideal Profile: CA qualified with 8+ years of plant finance experience Strong background in Pharmaceutical or FMCG manufacturing sectors Proven expertise in Capex management and FP&A in a plant environment Advanced SAP (finance modules) proficiency is essential Decisive, proactive leader with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience in Greenfield project setups is a strong plus GCC work experience is an added advantage Workplace Type In-Office Employment Type Full-time Experience Level mid-senior-level Work Experience (years) 8 - 12 years Education Master's Degree Skills finance forecasting capex capex management budgeting project communication manufacturing financial insights plant finance operations variance analysis financial reporting stakeholder management project financial controls audit readiness sap financial controls fp&a cost management #J-18808-Ljbffr
