Roles & Responsibilities Plan and follow up preventive maintenance schedule for production machinery Coordinate and initiate machine improvement Procurement of machinery parts Ensure safety of oneself and others while carrying out maintenance jobs Educate subordinates to develop their skills and knowledge Follow and implement all IMS system procedures Comply with all related legal requirements Attend to machinery breakdowns as they occur Carry out other assignments given by superiors Take full responsibility for factory safety, health, and environment aspects, ensuring they meet legal requirements Liaise with Department Heads on safety, health, and environment matters Prioritize SHE programs and ensure effective and consistent implementation Provide training and coaching on SHE-related matters to employees, contractors, and transporters Maintain SHE documents and provide monthly reports on Lost Time Incidents (LTI) to management Investigate SHE-related cases brought to attention Coordinate with authorities and ensure timely preparation and submission of reports and documents Arrange and participate in safety committee meetings and follow up on action items KPIs Reduce electrical breakdown hours by 5% from last year Zero accidents Complete all planned CAPEX and improvement activities Work Experience Requirements Minimum of 3+ years of electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing setup Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field Competencies #J-18808-Ljbffr
