Field Operator - I

Select how often (in days) to receive an alert: Field Operator - 1 Hassyan Power Plant is in close coordination with the CCRO. The role involves operating valves, dampers, and equipment, checking plant conditions, and isolating equipment for maintenance. Control Room Operations Support CCRO in system configuration for local line-up and equipment isolation. Monitor and record local parameters such as levels, pressure, and temperatures of equipment, bearings, lube oils, etc. Observe plant condition through sound, vibrations, and heat; report abnormalities to CCR. Report leakages of steam, water, oil, coal, ash, fuel gas, flue gas, and air. Manually operate valves, dampers, and equipment. Ensure proper positioning of piping hangers and supports. Check safety valves, PRVs, and report issues to CCR. Document shift activities and events in logbooks and log sheets. Adhere to SOPs. Switch controls from automatic to manual and isolate equipment safely for repairs. Adjust and control valves to regulate system operations. Report accidents and suggest preventive measures. Provide first-line support for fire and emergency situations, keeping CCR informed. Report unsafe conditions and acts to authorities. Participate proactively in team activities. Perform other duties as assigned by shift engineer or CCR operator. Health, Safety, Security & Environment Diploma in Engineering or equivalent. 1-3 years in operations, preferably in O&M of power plants. Who will fit?
