When you work in Hawaii, in addition to learning about the functional aspects of running a hotel — like the proper way to make a bed or how to best handle luggage — it’s critically important to understand Hawaiian culture and the spirit of ‘ohana, or ‘family.’ When opening the first Andaz property in Hawaii, our team participated in Hawaiian culture training to help us understand what ‘ohana truly means. Responsibilities You will be responsible for analyzing and forecasting revenue trends, supporting business decision-making. The Revenue Analyst will collaborate with various departments to optimize revenue streams and maintain financial models. Additionally, the role involves regular reporting on key performance indicators to aid in strategic planning. Perform audits and maintenance on all systems such as PMS, CRS, RMS to ensure content and information is correct. Must be able to understand and evaluate complex information, data, etc. from various sources to meet appropriate objectives. Qualifications Ideally with a university degree in Hospitality/Tourism management. Minimum of 1 year experience in the Hospitality, preferably in Hotel Management, Marketing Analyst.
