Job Description This is a hands-on leadership role responsiblefor driving value creation across portfolio companies. The Strategy & Value Creation Lead will define post-investment growth strategies, build executionplaybooks, and coach Portfolio Company Level GMs and CEOs on operational andcommercial scaling. The role combines deep strategic thinking with operationalpragmatism – and requires someone capable of translating investment theses intoreal business outcomes. You’ll work directly with the Family Office Leadershipand have influence across assets in real estate, operating businesses, andhigh-growth ventures. Main responsibilities: Lead post-investment 100-day planning and portfoliotransformation initiatives Develop, refine, and institutionalize commercialand operational playbooks Provide strategic and executional coaching tofounders, general managers, and venture teams Collaborate closely with investment andventure-building teams to align on growth priorities and execution roadmaps Definekey performance indicators (KPIs) and establish robust reporting frameworks tosupport long-term scalability Requirements Bachelor’sdegree in Business, Economics or related MBAin top-tier business school is preferred More than 5 years ofmanagement consulting experience with a strong strategic toolkit Demonstratedoperating experience in leadership roles such as General Manager, orequivalent within high-growth scale-ups is advantageous Proven track record in project leadership, team development, andoperational execution Demonstratedownership mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving Exceptionalattention to detail and accuracy Excellent proficiency in English; fluency in German is preferred Strong stakeholder management, and process coordinationskills International team (over 60 nationalities)24 working days as annual leave Annual flight home Life insurance plan Medical insurance plan (with the option to upgrade at your own cost)#J-18808-Ljbffr
