By upholding our values of respect, excellence, collaboration and integrity; Al-Futtaim Group continues to enrich the lives and aspirations of our customers each and every day Overview of the role: The Service Manager is responsible for overseeing and leading the service department within the organization, with a focus on Security Systems, ELV (Extra-Low Voltage), Audio-Visual (AV), and Building Management Systems (BMS). This role ensures the efficient and high-quality delivery of services to clients, ensuring that the department meets both performance and revenue targets while driving continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. Working closely with senior leadership, the Service Manager aligns service operations with overall business goals and fosters a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation within the team. What you will do: Service Delivery Management Client Relationship Management Service Contract Implementation Support Operations & Incident Management Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement Budgeting and Resource Management Compliance & Security Reporting and Analysis. Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities. Strong financial and budget management skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Be able to motivate and provide technical guidance to Subcontractors & Technicians. Knowledge of Site Work, HSE procedures. Be able to sustain positive teamwork environment. Knowledge of field-testing procedures and field test equipment. Knowledge of Site Work safety procedures. Ability to work under pressure Knowledge of incident management ticketing systems Strong understanding of systems integration technologies (cloud, network, infrastructure, software, security) ITIL certification or equivalent service management experience. Ability to manage multiple clients, vendors, and projects concurrently. Ability to adapt to changing business needs and market conditions Customer-focused with a passion for delivering top-quality service. Proactive, with a continuous improvement mindset. Ability to adapt to changing business needs and market conditions. What Equips you for the role: Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics / Electronics & Communication Engineering or Equivalent Related Qualification and Good Knowledge of Operations Management Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in service management, customer service, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of managing a high-performing service team and delivering exceptional service to clients. Highly knowledgeable person on security systems law, regulation & compliance of various emirates like ADMCC, SIRA, Sharjah, Ajman, UAQ, RAK, Fujairah Police CCTV rules, regulations and NOC process.
