As a Product Manager within JPMorgan’s Treasury Services’ Product Management team, you will be responsible for implementing the firm’s strategy, product capability, and development in the United Arab Emirates, as well as supporting the Treasury Services franchise in the Middle East region. The role involves implementing the firm's strategy, developing products, supporting regional growth, and collaborating with stakeholders. This position is crucial in shaping product strategy and expanding the Treasury Services footprint. Job Responsibilities Own and support product rollout and market adoption. Serve as the ‘voice of the market’ to ensure regulatory requirements and client, partner, and sales needs are prioritized. Support EMEA product management with market approvals and requirements, including local government and regulatory compliance. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders at multiple levels. Tailor and execute commercialization activities and collateral to resonate with the market. Ensure product readiness for market release by obtaining sign-off, liaising with regulators, and vetting local readiness with partners. Stay informed about industry developments and emerging trends to maintain a competitive edge. Advocate for market expansion and drive business growth targets. Represent JPMorgan Payments at industry events, client meetings, and before regulators to showcase capabilities and thought leadership. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills: Experience in Treasury Services, Corporate Banking, and relationship management. Knowledge of Payments products and systems. Proven track record of leading large-scale programs with organization-wide impact, collaborating across diverse teams. Familiarity with payment systems, protocols, and product management (Channels, Liquidity, Core Cash, etc.). Ability to operate effectively in a time-sensitive, multi-tasking environment. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong attention to detail and time management. Effective collaboration and relationship-building skills. Commercially minded with creative problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions. Comfortable working with ambiguity and conflicting priorities. High financial literacy, including understanding assets, liabilities, balance sheets, large exposures, and risk management. About Us J.P.
