Role Overview: As a Mortgage Consultant, you will play a key role in guiding clients through the mortgage process, from initial consultation to final approval. Your ability to understand client needs, recommend tailored financing solutions, and deliver a high standard of customer service will be essential to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: Engage with clients to assess their financial requirements and recommend appropriate mortgage solutions. Manage the end-to-end mortgage application process, ensuring timely and accurate documentation and submission. Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client journey. Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Stay on top of market developments, mortgage products, and regulatory changes in the industry. Develop and maintain strategic relationships with intermediaries and referral partners to drive new business opportunities. Skills & Qualifications: Results-driven sales professional with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in driving sales initiatives.
