An Assessment & Data Analyst Coordinator is required for an August 2025 start. Salary and Benefits - A generous monthly tax free salary of between 10,000 and 12,000 AED - Annual return flights for employee only - Local medical insurance for employee only Location: Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates Start Date: August 2025 Role The Assessment and Data Analyst Coordinator is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and oversight of the school’s assessment systems and data analytics. This role supports academic performance by equipping students and leadership with meaningful insights derived from student performance data, aligning assessment practices with the American curriculum, and fostering a culture of data-informed instruction. Responsibilities include: * Leadership in Assessment & Instructional Alignment * Data Management, Analysis and Reporting * Assessment Coordination and MAP reporting * Professional Development and Capacity Building * Digital Tools and Innovation * Collaboration and Strategic planning Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree in education or a bachelor’s degree with a teaching qualification from a recognized university (mandatory) Preferred: M.Ed. ideally in Educational Leadership or equivalent Essential experience A minimum of five years’ teaching experience A minimum of five years’ experience in school Assessment Coordinator Has a track record as an effective leader/manager with sustained commitment in posts A proven track record of leading by example and raising achievement Has demonstrated competence in managing change and introducing new initiatives ICT Requirements Minimum Microsoft Educator Certificate (or similar) Experience using Interactive White Board (IWB) Highly competent using MS Office Suite Highly competent using online learning software such as MS Teams and Zoom For more information, please contact your Edvectus consultant. #J-18808-Ljbffr
