What's the Role? The role of the Construction Project Manager - Airport is to establish collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders, introduce and integrate our solutions into the project, and lead the team to maximize our share of wallet. What does the role involve? The role aims to maximize the share of wallet of large projects by working closely with engineering and sales teams. Main Responsibilities: Build and lead a capture team to maximize topline revenue and meet profitability standards (P&L) on an assigned project portfolio. Manage projects from acquisition through to order execution with an end-to-end approach. Manage internal and external stakeholders effectively. Ensure project compliance with local Hilti rules and guidelines. Project Management Create project plans, set objectives, and identify key success factors; allocate resources and coordinate the project team from early stages. Hold regular meetings with relevant stakeholders from design to execution phases. Organize periodic internal meetings (capture team meetings) to ensure targets are met. Provide regular updates to the Sales VP on project progress. Teamwork and Development Build excellent working relationships with all relevant Hilti functions, including Project Management Office, Fulfillment, Engineering, and Sales. Share experiences and provide input to colleagues; mentor and coach team members. What you need is: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Structural Engineering. Experience in the airport construction industry. Understanding of commercial, technical, financial, logistical, and legal aspects related to providing complex solutions involving products, services, and software. Ability to orchestrate complex commercial deals, meet sales targets, and adhere to deadlines while maintaining quality and profitability. Previous experience in engineering and sales roles. Fluency in English (verbal and written). Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building, and contract negotiation skills. A target- and solution-oriented mindset. Why should you apply?
