Key Responsibilities of Customer Contact Service Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and provide prompt, accurate assistance. Resolve customer issues with professionalism and ensure a positive customer experience. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs effectively. Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance customer satisfaction. Stay up-to-date with company services and industry trends to better serve customers. Qualification Required for Customer Contact Service A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or support. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
