Key Responsibilities Lead and manage real estate development projects, ensuring all project goals and deadlines are met. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Develop and monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards. Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure all regulatory requirements and permits are obtained and adhered to. Foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors. Qualifications Required Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in project management within the real estate development sector. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
