Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Construction Management, or equivalent relevant work experience. 20+ years of experience in Cost Engineering / Project Controls with EPCMV Bio/Pharma Projects, Earn Value Management, Change Management, and Risk Management. High emotional intelligence, team player mentality, coachable, and analytical skills. Experience with Eco Sys, Oracle Unifier, and EPCMV project lifecycle (home office & field construction). Proficiency in building and maintaining Primavera P6 schedules. Experience preparing and maintaining Total Installed Cost Reports (subcontractor and vendor commitments, expenditures, and forecasts). Responsibilities: Building and maintaining Primavera P6 schedules. Preparing and maintaining the Total Installed Cost Report. Leading a team of 4 members. Leading cost review meetings regarding the financial status of the project with the client. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to determine EAC, assess cost (CPI) and schedule (SPI) efficiencies, and identify potential risks and their financial impacts. Performing cost engineering functions including estimating, control, change management, risk analysis, and earned value management. Working with subcontractors, vendors, and superintendents to understand WIP and forecast completion. Understanding Accounting Standard Codification 606 and its impact on project margin reporting. Knowledge of engineering and construction techniques and their cost implications. Implementing and evaluating earned value on projects to track progress. Tracking subcontractor and vendor commitments, expenditures, and forecasts at completion.
