About the job As a Print & Multimedia Designer, you will craft visually compelling assets for print, events, campaigns, and multimedia content. You will work closely with marketing, business development, and external production teams to ensure brand-aligned, high-quality design content that supports successful events and campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Create precise, high-quality print materials and event graphics supporting Tether’s global initiatives, ensuring visual consistency and flawless execution with production partners. Design and refine visual content for landing pages, social media banners, campaign images, and videos across platforms. Develop innovative design concepts for Tether’s units, focusing on fintech and communication tech. Customize content for each communication channel to boost engagement and traffic. Share design ideas and insights with the team to enhance marketing campaign success. Job Requirements: Minimum 3 years proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a focus on print and multimedia for events. Expertise in creating print materials with attention to detail and quality. Proficiency in AI graphic tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, and Pika Labs. Strong portfolio showcasing event and multimedia projects. Extensive knowledge of social media platforms (Linked In, Twitter, Instagram, Reddit, Facebook, Keet) and content strategies. Fluent English communication skills; Spanish or Italian is a plus. Advanced skills in Figma and Adobe Suite (After Effects is a plus). Understanding of branding and adherence to brand guidelines. Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about innovation.
