Apple Business - Channel Account Executive Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates Sales and Business Development Role Overview: We develop account plans that align Apple and partner growth strategies to expand adoption of the Apple ecosystem in the Enterprise and B2B segments. We execute these plans by collaborating cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Finance, Inside Sales, Systems Engineers, Reseller teams, and Strategic Partners. Our focus is on working closely with reseller sales forces to foster their engagement with Apple, utilizing sales programs, enablement tools, and training to enhance partner capabilities. We regularly assess partnership effectiveness, identify new business opportunities, support closure, and address client concerns. We facilitate communication and sales activities across reseller and Apple sales teams. Minimum Qualifications Experience in consultative selling within business transformation solutions and channel growth strategies for business clients, balancing short-term goals with sustainable value creation, or proven experience as an Account Executive in a mobile device company. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Excellent command of English, both verbal and written. Preferred Qualifications Expertise in presenting to diverse audiences, remaining composed under pressure, simplifying complex concepts, and inspiring audiences with passion for Apple. Deep knowledge of hardware, software, and services integration. High integrity, honesty, and accountability; trusted advisor who consistently acts in Apple's best interests. Ability to connect with and influence diverse stakeholders, resolve disputes, negotiate, and handle difficult situations confidently and professionally. Strong communication skills, active listening, and openness to feedback, fostering collaboration and innovation. Strategic thinker who identifies trends, simplifies solutions, and creates competitive strategies for future growth. Resilient and goal-oriented, able to prioritize effectively, persist through setbacks, and motivate others to succeed.
