What's the Role? We’re looking for a sales representative to join our sales team. This is no ordinary sales job - ours is a uniquely high performing and supportive working culture. This is not for an existing immediate vacancy. This is a “bench role” which exists for the purpose of building our talent pipeline to address our future hiring needs as they become active. What does the role involve? As an Account Manager, you’ll visit our customers wherever they’re working to find out how we can help them. You could be on construction sites, in offices, or warehouses. Ours is a model of professional, consultative selling and it’s a hands-on job. It involves demonstrating pioneering products, selling our state-of-the-art software along with all the services and aftercare that come with the Hilti name. It’s about building relationships with warm and responsive customers and helping them find innovative and cost-efficient solutions for their needs. What you need is: Proficient in English and Arabic Bachelor’s degree, an Engineering degree is a plus Minimum 2 years of professional sales experience Building construction or similar industry experience Ability to thrive independently and in a team Ability to develop engaged customer relationships Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent time management skills Persuasive, sales-driven, customer-focused, and a team player Valid UAE Driver’s License Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate Why should you apply?
