Job Description - Senior Sales Manager - Double Tree by Hilton Sharjah (HOT0BP61) Job Number: HOT0BP61 Work Locations Double Tree by Hilton Sharjah Waterfront Hotel & Suites, Sharjah Al Majaz Waterfront, Sharjah 500200 As Senior Sales Manager, you will lead the sales team of the hotel and analyze local market trends and competitor activity to recommend strategies that keep the hotel a leader in the marketplace through the development of future and repeat business. Your responsibilities will include: Analyzing local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads Developing customer accounts and traveling within the local area to drive business into the hotel and increase market share across all revenue streams Negotiating room rates and packages with corporate, government, and other clients Developing and implementing creative local marketing channels, including social media Preparing contracts in accordance with current business and pricing conditions Working within current business strategies and recognizing potential opportunities Collaborating with other departments to create an exceptional guest experience and build strong sales programs Attending sales events as required Supporting the hotel team in the absence of the Commercial Director Producing accurate and timely reports for senior management, including appointments, calls, and leads Preparing weekly and monthly sales reports Responding to customer queries promptly and professionally Managing team performance and incentive programs in line with company policies Recruiting, managing, training, and developing the sales team Working as a Sales Manager for Hilton, you will represent our brand and work on behalf of our guests and team members.
