Job Overview: Dubai Holding Entertainment is seeking a Manager – Digital Marketing and Social Media . The main responsibilities include: Digital Performance Marketing: Strategy Development & Execution: Design and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Campaign Management & Optimisation: Manage end-to-end digital campaigns, including reporting and continuous improvement. Budget & Resource Allocation: Oversee digital marketing budgets for optimal ROI. Team Leadership: Lead hiring, training, and development of the digital marketing team. Compliance & Innovation: Ensure GDPR compliance and stay updated on emerging trends. Social Media Management: Strategic Planning: Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement. Content Creation & Calendar Management: Coordinate content with creative teams and manage publishing schedules. Community & Influencer Engagement: Build relationships with followers and influencers, manage interactions. Campaign Execution: Manage organic and paid social campaigns, including influencer collaborations. Monitoring & Optimisation: Track trends, analyze engagement, and refine strategies. About you: The ideal candidate will have: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or equivalent. 12+ years in digital marketing and social media, with at least 5 years in leadership roles. Proven success in managing performance marketing and social media, with measurable results. Experience with multiple brands, ideally in ecommerce, travel & tourism, banking, or tech industries. Strong data-driven marketing skills and expertise in channels like Google Ads, Meta, Tik Tok, and Programmatic Networks.
