Sales and Business Development Add to Favorites: Apple Business - Account Manager, Ukraine & CIS Description - Develop account plans that align Apple and the partner’s growth strategies to expand adoption of the Apple ecosystem in the Business segment in the Ukraine & CIS region. - Effectively execute plans by collaborating cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Finance, Inside Sales, Systems Engineers, Reseller teams, and Strategic Partners. - Work closely with partners’ sales teams, using sales programs, enablement tools, and training to develop partner capabilities. Regularly assess and communicate partnership strength and effectiveness. - Identify new business opportunities, support their closure, and address client issues or concerns. Share updates and facilitate sales activities across reseller and Apple sales teams. - Operationalize the business plan with regional sales programs and teams, collaborating with the Value Added Distributor to mobilize resources for growth and ensure commitments are met. - Lead and support the VAD Enterprise sales team by assembling the right team, motivating, enabling with tools, and fostering collaboration for success. Minimum Qualifications Experience in consultative selling in business transformation solutions and developing channel growth strategies for business customers, balancing short-term goals with sustainable value creation. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Fluency in Ukrainian and Russian required; knowledge of additional UCIS region languages is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Excellent presentation skills; ability to remain composed under pressure and simplify complex concepts. Ability to inspire learning, curiosity, and passion for the Apple story, with deep knowledge of hardware, software, and services integration. High integrity, honesty, and accountability; trusted advisor who consistently acts in Apple’s best interest. Strong interpersonal skills; quick thinker, influential, and capable of managing tough situations and negotiations.
