Position Overview: Hyatt, a place of learning and growth, is seeking a Recreation & Wellness Program Manager to design and execute a comprehensive recreational and wellness program at our luxury resort. The role involves creating engaging activities across various resort facilities, fostering social connections among diverse guest demographics, and integrating wellness initiatives into the guest experience. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver a diverse calendar of recreational activities utilizing the resort's amenities such as Padel, Tennis, Driving Range, Gym, Marina, green spaces, and adjacent creek. Create inclusive programs catering to families, couples, solo travelers, and long-stay guests, promoting social interaction, movement, and relaxation. Organize signature weekly and seasonal events including sunrise yoga, outdoor cinema, cultural workshops, nature walks, and fitness challenges. Collaborate with the Spa Director to develop a holistic wellness philosophy that combines fitness, mindfulness, and spa therapies. Integrate wellness classes (e.g., yoga, meditation, aqua fitness) with spa experiences and nutrition offerings for comprehensive guest journeys. Promote active recovery, mental well-being, and rejuvenation as core components of the program. Utilize the resort’s natural landscape for programming, including pop-up experiences, wellness circuits, and family play zones. Maintain all recreational facilities and green spaces to a 5-star standard in partnership with landscaping and engineering teams. Qualifications: Degree in Recreation Management, Hospitality, Sports Science, or related field. 3–5 years of experience managing recreation or wellness programs in luxury hospitality, with proven success in community activation and event creation. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Passion for outdoor living, wellness, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
