In this role, you will work as a subject-matter expert in Red Hat’s infrastructure and cloud technology. You'll answer questions about best practices around automation, reliability, scalability, maintainability, high availability, and failover setups and lead the on-site delivery and implementation of Red Hat’s technology that delivers freedom, flexibility, and outstanding performance. You will gain an understanding of our customers' infrastructures, and business issues and you will make recommendations appropriate to their environments. This is a great opportunity to build on your core base of knowledge and work in a fast-paced environment promoting Red Hat’s solutions. Due to the customer requirement, we are only able to consider candidates who currently hold a passport from the UK, US, Canada, Australia, or EU countries. Relocation to Dubai is required. Red Hat will provide relocation support to the UAE for the selected candidate. What you will do: Win the confidence of our customers through the successful delivery of discovery, analysis and design workshops that shape and influence the customer’s architecture design decisions to align with the Red Hat solution. Lead consulting teams through successful customer pilot and production deployments, workload onboarding and ongoing lifecycle management Work closely with product business units, product engineering, consulting, support, and sales to ensure a world-class customer experience with Red Hat’s products. Contribute to the development of repeatable methodologies and tools designed to scale Red Hat’s services capabilities, promote repeatable customer engagements, and lower delivery risk. What you will bring: Prior experience working in a consulting and architecture roles Good customer-facing skills; ability to present to customers and lead customer interactions Excellent knowledge of infrastructure technologies on hands-on delivery and architecture levels Experience implementing virtualization and container technologies in an enterprise setting and with enterprise-wide deployments Knowledge of Red Hat’s infrastructure solutions like Red Hat Open Stack Platform, Red Hat Open Shift Container Platform, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) Willingness to travel across the region Experience onboarding applications and application teams onto cloud or container platforms introducing Dev Ops, continuous delivery (CD) and application lifecycle management Excellent written and verbal language skills in English Red Hat Certifications are considered a plus Experience with AI solutions is a big plus #LI-MR3 About Red Hat Red Hat is the world’s leading provider of enterprise open source software solutions, using a community-powered approach to deliver high-performing Linux, cloud, container, and Kubernetes technologies.
