DevOps Team Lead/ Manager - Infrastructure & Automation

A leading global organisation is looking for an experienced Lead Dev Ops Engineer to drive infrastructure automation and CI/CD adoption across business units. This is a high-visibility role with the opportunity to shape the company's Dev Ops strategy and lead transformation at scale. Lead the design, development, and optimisation of CI/CD pipelines Define SOPs and best practices for infrastructure automation and pipeline deployment Champion Dev Ops adoption across business units, mentoring teams and setting technical direction Deliver end-to-end infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform, Ansible, and orchestration tools Manage cloud infrastructure - with a focus on Azure or AWS Cloud Watch Collaborate with vendors to ensure tooling and services align with enterprise goals Integrate and enhance ITSM workflows within Service Now Monitor and ensure the reliability and performance of systems and deployments 5+ years of experience in Dev Ops or Infrastructure roles. Strong technical background in CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and cloud platforms. Experience with VMware Aria is beneficial but not mandatory Hands-on expertise with Terraform, Ansible, orchestration tools, and cloud monitoring Deep understanding of Dev Ops culture, practices, and tools Experience working with Service Now or other ITSM tools Confident communicator able to influence technical teams and business stakeholders alike Experience in global or regional organisations with distributed teams.
