Job Description We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Conference Producer to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone with 1–3years of experience in content creation, agenda development, speakerengagement, or conference production—particularly within the finance, fintech,or related industries. The Conference Producer will play a crucial role indeveloping impactful event content, securing expert speakers, and ensuring theoverall success of our global expos. Responsibilities Conductin-depth industry research to identify key trends, topics, and speakersrelevant to our expos. Developand curate conference agendas, ensuring timely, topical, and engagingcontent. Sourceand secure high-level speakers, panelists, and moderators from thefinancial and fintech industries. Collaboratewith internal departments to align conference content with overall eventbranding, marketing, and sales goals. Managespeaker communications and logistics, ensuring a professional and seamlessexperience pre-event, onsite, and post-event. Maintainand update speaker and agenda details across all event platforms andmaterials. Supportthe on-site execution of conferences, ensuring sessions run smoothly andon schedule. Gatherfeedback from speakers and attendees to continuously enhance agendaquality and relevance. Monitorcompetitor events and suggest enhancements to maintain HQMena’s leadershipposition in the industry. Requirements 1–3years of experience in conference production, content creation, businessjournalism, or related roles. Astrong interest in the financial, fintech, or trading industries. Excellentresearch and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and interpretindustry trends. Outstandingverbal and written communication skills; able to engage effectively withsenior executives and thought leaders. Abilityto work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management or CRM toolsis a plus. Bachelor’sdegree required; Communications, Marketing, Business, or Financepreferred. Strongorganizational and time-management skills. Willingnessto travel internationally for conference execution and speaker management.
