Posted on 05/16/2025 The Estimation Manager is responsible for overseeing the pricing and submission of tenders, managing estimation engineers, and ensuring timely, accurate bid submissions. The role includes evaluating value engineering options, handling technical and commercial queries, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and supporting interdepartmental collaboration for successful tendering outcomes. Responsibilities: Review incoming tender documents and manage pricing and submission timelines. Assign tasks to Estimation Engineers and monitor daily progress. Evaluate value-engineered solutions to improve bidding competitiveness. Address technical and commercial queries from the estimation team. Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for timely quotes and best pricing. Collaborate with other departments to resolve critical issues. Ensure timely submission of tender drafts for final approval by GM/CM. Provide estimation data in a usable format for operations and engineering teams. Contribute to the development of best practice guidelines and estimating procedures. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with specialization in Architecture, Civil, or Mechanical Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Interior / Joinery / Fit-Out industry Medium-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Flexible, ethical, detail-oriented, honest, and reliable #J-18808-Ljbffr
