Our client is a leader in financial services training, delivering learning solutions for apprentices, graduates, and experienced professionals with 10+ years in Financial Services. Their offerings include expert faculty, e-learning, coaching, and blended assessments, aimed at enhancing individual contributions and overall business performance. Responsibilities Engage with clients and prospects to understand their learning needs and develop tailored solutions. Position the company's offerings as a leader in Learning and financial markets. Manage a portfolio of clients through strategic analysis, relationship building, and new business acquisition. Understand financial markets, products, and operating environments to support the design of value-adding learning solutions. Convert opportunities into booked business through sales excellence; collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals. Maintain accurate data and information in Salesforce to track account developments. Produce regular revenue forecasts. Coordinate program handovers to operational teams, maintaining oversight and client relationships. Minimum Requirements Experience in the financial services industry and understanding of financial markets. Experience selling training, consulting, or e-learning to corporate clients is advantageous.
