Develop Recruitment Strategies: Design and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent, aligned with the company’s goals and objectives. Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles within the company, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. Candidate Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, application reviews, interview scheduling, and offer negotiations. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with department heads and team leaders to understand staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment support. Employer Branding: Enhance the company’s employer brand through effective marketing and communication strategies, showcasing Range International Property Investment as an employer of choice. Data Analysis: Utilize recruitment metrics and data to drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes and strategies. Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and company policies. Qualifications and Skills Required: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably within the real estate industry. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
