Your mission As a Graduate Engineer in our Energy Business Area, you will support engineering services across energy transmission and distribution projects, focusing on technical excellence, timely delivery, and stakeholder collaboration, especially in renewables, grid systems, and hybrid solutions. Your key responsibilities Develop detailed project plans (scope, schedule, budget, resources). Support feasibility studies, bid preparations, and advisory services. Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients. Assist in engineering tasks, design reviews, and owner’s engineering. Identify and mitigate project risks. Prepare reports and documentation per standards. Support procurement, invoicing, logistics, and admin tasks. Participate in site activities, including construction, installation, and commissioning. We would love to hear from candidates with Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. 0–3 years of experience in Renewables or T&D sectors, preferably in consultancy. Understanding of roles like owner’s engineer or technical advisor. Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Willingness to travel across GCC, India, and Europe.
